In its technical center, Triada-Welding uses predictive technology: it has installed a KOEEBOX, a device for tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of equipment use, on the robot. Diagnostics allows you to see the condition of the equipment, clearly monitor its performance and deviations from the norm: operating modes, power consumption, recorded load and downtime. All data goes to the monitor and is collected in the database, then analyzed. Information is received online. The analysis of the qualitative characteristics of the equipment operation allows predicting its probable failures and eliminating differences at the initial stages, the system itself calculates the technical availability factor and the equipment utilization factor. Based on its own experience of using IT devices, Triada-Welding offers the KOEEBOX solution in its robotics projects and has already included it in its TriadaTES technology engineering support program.
