Additive technologies. 3D metal printing

Our programm

Additive technologies are a method of obtaining products by layer-by-layer building up of materials (in our case - from metal) - where a three-dimensional object is created with the help of an industrial welding robot by applying successive layers of welding wire according to the data of a digital model. WAAM method.

Since 2016, Triada-Welding has been actively working in the direction of research and development of additive technologies in Ukraine. Several interesting projects have been implemented, the results are impressive.

In 2019, the Triada-Welding company received a grant from the USAID Program "Competitive Economy of Ukraine" (KEU), for a long time, as part of the grant activity/grant project: "Development of new digital production technologies", we conducted research and grew samples by layer-by-layer metal growth by the WAAM method. Laboratory studies have confirmed the excellent results of our work (materials: stainless steel, heat-resistant stainless steel, Inconel 718 steel, Al and aluminum alloys, etc.) Therefore, with certainty, our company has a solid foundation for further work in this direction of creating technologies for additive cultivation.

For modeling, we use special software products that allow us to create the entire process of the future robot printing of the part, visualize, monitor and analyze all processes during printing at each stage.

This enables various industries to produce parts of a more complex design and shape, but with high precision, in small (even single) batches. At the same time, save resources - energy, materials, and be ecologically oriented.

We work with enterprises in the aerospace industry, we have research in this direction.

We also actively cooperate with educational institutions (Zaporizhia Polytechnic University, others): we hold seminars for students, future engineers in the field of welding, show and tell about the latest technologies emerging in the world, and which we implement in our country.
