JSC "Kentau Transformer Plant" (hereinafter JSC "KTZ") - a structural unit of the company "Alageum Group", known as a leading Kazakh manufacturer of transformer equipment for general use, supplied to all sectors of the economy. The list of products of the plant includes more than 400 items. Kazakhstan's efficient industrial policy and financial support from the state allow local companies to expand their programs to modernize and introduce new high-efficiency equipment and robotic technological complexes into production to ensure a rapid transition to a new digital level and increase export potential.
Ukrainian company "Triada Ltd Со" (Triada-Welding) focuses on industrial engineering, creation of welding technologies, production of robotic technological complexes and their integration into production processes. The company is a leader in Ukraine in this industry, established in 1992, it has been operating in the welding market for over 28 years. The company implements the ideas of Industry 4.0, is an active member of the movement "Industry 4.0 in Ukraine", is developing dynamically, has a modern R&D center focused on the industrial sector, and conducts its own development in the field of additive technologies for 3D metal products, is an official integrator of industrial robots YASKAWA (Japan) in Ukraine.
In 2020 "Triada Ltd Со" implemented a large-scale robotization project in Kazakhstan at the Kentau Transformer Plant. The task of the project was to create technology and robotization of welding processes of corrugated tanks of TMG power transformers with a capacity of 600 to 2500 kVA.
The project lasted almost a year. Despite the quarantine measures and measures imposed worldwide in connection with the pandemic, the Ukrainian company managed to meet all deadlines, create its own welding technology, design RTC (robotic technology complex), manufacture and integrate RTC into existing production in Kazakhstan, and fully to start RTC in work. 
It is worth noting that before the start of work, the specialists of the Triada company went to the company and made a full industrial audit, after which they have already moved on to the stages of creating welding technology.
For this Project, the project department of the Triada-Welding has created a unique technological equipment. Taking into account the peculiarities of serial production of large products, a one-and-a-half-ton positioner was used and a unique complex pneumatic equipment and installation type devices, auxiliary clamping tools in the equipment for holding and exact position of products during welding were made. This also reduced the production cycle time and provided conditions for quality welding.
The project includes comprehensive service of RTC both warranty and post-warranty.
The peculiarity of the Kazakh project was the creation of ultra-sophisticated technology for welding corrugated tanks of transformers, integration into the production process of a large three-meter welding robot Yaskawa (Japan), involved a German laser optics system to automate Scansonic welding processes Fronius welding system (Austria), Abicor Binzel robot peripherals (Germany), high-quality Askaynak welding materials (Turkey), the official representatives of these companies are Triada-Welding in Ukraine, the first in the world and the only company in Ukraine to have CFD certification - confirmation of professional qualities and qualification of experts to all international standards necessary for representation of the modern high-quality welding equipment of Fronius.
The attention of the Kazakh plant of JSC "KTZ" is focused on increasing the export potential, the plant already has a significant portfolio of export orders, which is 50% of all orders. Due to the introduction of high-tech equipment, the company significantly improves the quality of products and scale of production.
For two weeks, the Ukrainian company trained the specialists of KTZ JSC on the basics of RTC programming and work with robots on the basis of its own technological center in Zaporizhia.
In addition, the company Triada designed and manufactured for the Kazakh project fences, protective welding systems and metal structures. In its own technical center the programming of the work was carried out and the welding technology was tested. A complete security system has been implemented, the entire technological complex is made according to European standards.
Automation, implementation of digital technologies and related business processes have a strong impact on the manufacturability of industrial enterprises, production efficiency, environmental friendliness and safety. The main direction of development of these processes is dictated by the basic principles of the concept of the fourth industrial revolution, the active leader of which in Ukraine is Triada Ltd Co (Triada-Welding).
