A unique project of a robotic complex for process

 TIG and MIG/MAG welding

For the first time (and the only one) in Ukraine, we introduced a robotic complex that can weld all available types of metals and alloys. The uniqueness of the complex lies in the fact that the complex can conduct TIG processes with cold wire feeding and MIG/MAG welding due to the automatic change of the torch and equipment. The complex also includes the online Scansonic laser welding seam monitoring system. There is a touch HMI panel for setting up and controlling the complex, into which you can download 3d versions of parts, instructions, etc.

The composition of the robotic complex:

- industrial robot Yaskawa;
- single-axis positioner with a load capacity of 1000 kg;
- two-axis positioner with a load capacity of 500 kg;
- Scansonic laser welding joint tracking system;
- welding equipment Fronius MW 400 for TIG, with KD;
- Fronius TPS 400i welding equipment for MIG aluminum welding in a special Push-Pull version;
- torch cleaning station for MIG welding;
- automatic tool change system (the robot will automatically remove and install a torch for either TIG welding or MIG welding);
- BASIC operator consoles;
- a security system that includes a fence with a special welding fuse, a service door with a sensor and a light gate for two stations, pneumatic protective curtains between the robot and the workstations;
- metal platform for placing the robotic complex;
- HMI panel for controlling the robotic complex;
- electric shield for connecting all elements of the robotic complex.

The complex includes the following services:

- equipment integration;
- installation of equipment;
- training of the Customer's personnel in programming and operation of the robotic complex.

This project was implemented during the war.
