We completed a large project on robotization of metal surfacing technology. Similar technologies for creating bimetals are used in the world, and now at the ZLMZ plant of the international group of companies Metinvest.
The company Triada-Welding has worked out a complex technology of surfacing a reinforcing layer of a metal sheet on a robotic complex.
Our specialists have modernized the robotic welding complex that we installed at this plant earlier to perform other tasks. The work of the operating RTC was reoriented for a new task - welding of bimetals.
At the same time, specialists of the ZLMZ plant were trained in our technological center, delving into all the subtleties of reprogramming and changing the tasks of the complex. The training program was quite intense. In continuous production, it is very important to understand, feel, know the technological equipment and prevent its downtime and failures, while maintaining the values of developing our own production.
The work was carried out for the ZLMZ enterprise, which is part of the Metinvest group. Ahead is the introduction of new technologies!
