Another project for the introduction of a robotic welding complex into production has been successfully implemented. We have integrated RTC for welding metal furniture.

This project is unique - for the first time in Ukraine, the CMT method was used in robotization.

CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) technology is an innovative technology.

This MIG / MAG process is based on short-circuit welding, but differs in a completely different type of droplet separation due to the reverse movement of the welding wire while simultaneously reducing the current to a minimum value, which leads to metal transfer at a current value close to zero and is characterized by low heat input.

Our grant robot (the grant was received by our company within the framework of the USAID Program “Competitive Economics of Ukraine”) is also equipped with CMT, so we have sufficient experience.

With the help of CMT, it is possible to weld at high speed with minimal spatter metal with a thickness of 0.6 mm.

We have designed and manufactured a welding RTC (robotic technological complex) from scratch and on a turnkey basis.

Due to the closed nature of the project, we cannot show more photos.
