We completed the installation, commissioning and launch of a new robotization project.
RTC performs welding of elements of agricultural machinery parts for a German manufacturer, which has its own plant in Ukraine - the company Duwelsdorf Ukraine, Khmelnitsky. 90% of the manufactured products are exported.
The complex is equipped with uniaxial and biaxial positioners. The uniaxial positioner allows welding parts up to 3000mm in length and 750kg in weight, including the weight of the tooling. The biaxial positioner allows welding oversized products weighing up to 250 kg, including the weight of equipment, but with a complex configuration, with the location of seams on the part from all sides.
The complex is equipped with the MotoTac function, which allows you to measure the deviation of the ТСР point in the event of mechanical damage to the torch head, and to correct the ТСР point in automatic mode, so there is no need to correct the already created operating programs and ensure the stability of the quality of the weld.
In addition, the complex is equipped with a program for offline programming MotoSim, which allows the Customer's designers to write programs to the robot remotely, and the operator trained in programming makes corrections on a real detals.
The robot is equipped with an elongated welding torch neck with a special configuration of a gas nozzle, which allows welding in hard-to-reach places, for example, between the fastening lugs.
The robotic complex is equipped with a search system and a tracking system for the welded joint, which makes it possible to neutralize inaccuracies in the manufacture of blanks.
In addition, the robotic complex is equipped with a full set of security systems:
- there is a light gate;
- a sensor on the service door;
- pneumatic protective curtains;
- mesh fences with a canopy on them with a special protective welding envelope.
For the operation of the RTC, special software is used for welding low-carbon steels with a package of synergistic programs Standart, Puls, Dynamic, Root, PCS
For work, Askaynak wire is used.
