Another interesting project was implemented in the Lviv region.

The customer is a modern Ukrainian enterprise, a leader in the manufacture of entrance metal doors and metal-plastic structures, some of the products are exported.

Triada-Welding has developed a welding technology, designed, manufactured and put into operation a robotic technological complex (RTC).

As part of the RTC:

- welding robot MA 2010 Yaskawa (Japan);
- DX200 controller;
- Fronius TPS320i welding machine (Austria);
- robotic peripherals Binzel (Germany), etc.

The welding technology has been fully developed and a program for the robot has been written.

This project is characterized by a complex configuration of conductors and assembly and welding equipment. The robotic welding complex has two positioners, each with a lifting capacity of 750 kg, with a horizontal axis of rotation. Taking into account the technological features of the welding process of parts, the specialists of the Triada company drew up a technical task and designed, constructed and completely manufactured assembly and welding equipment and fixtures for 4 types of parts.

Positioners have a rather complex pneumo-mechanical component - more than 40 pneumatic clamps are installed, which allow you to perform the following operations:

- install and check blanks;
- eliminate possible distortions and gaps;
- fix the workpieces in the required position;
- fix the workpieces;
- weld the part directly in the jig.

Such equipment allowed to significantly shorten the production cycle and produce the required number of parts. RTC works in 2 shifts. The modernization of the conductors for additional welding of parts of a different configuration has been carried out.

We also designed and manufactured pneumatic protective curtains installed between the robot and the positioner, and protective welding fencing systems around the RTC.
Also, a training course on programming was conducted for the specialists of the customer enterprise, and training was also conducted to work at the RTC.
