The Triada company has completed and launched another robotization project in Ukraine. This time we cooperated with an industrial enterprise in the city of Belaya Tserkov, the production is located on the territory of an industrial park.
This project is unique in its complex configuration and execution technique: we have designed and manufactured welding equipment: conductors, stops, holders; in addition, the RTC is equipped with two positioners, which makes the complex more flexible and powerful, more mobile and faster in the production of parts of various configurations.
The technological department of the Triada-Welding company studied and investigated the features of welding of parts, created and tested the welding technology in its own technical center. The design department of Triada-Welding has designed and developed a robotic welding complex taking into account the specifics of the production capacity of the customer's enterprise.
We also designed and manufactured unique welding equipment and conductors, protective welding systems. For the customer's specialists, we conducted training on programming and control of the robot and all RTC systems. The project also includes comprehensive service of RTC, both warranty and post-warranty.
