Triada-Welding has completed another robotics project for Dalgo. The Dalgo company produces high-quality commercial equipment made of metal (stands, cabinets, racks, etc.)
For us, this is the first robotic complex, which includes single-axis positioners of our own production. Recently, we have strengthened our production base, continue to conduct important developments and invest in new products and equipment. Our technical center is constantly looking for solutions and developing new innovative technologies for customers.
After development and manufacturing, the positioners underwent production tests at the Triada technical center for 3 months, after which they confirmed their characteristics laid down by the designers.
In addition, the complex is equipped with the MotoTac function, which allows you to measure the deviation of the ТСР point in the event of mechanical damage to the torch head, and to correct the ТСР point in automatic mode, thus there is no need to correct the already created executive programs of the robot and the stability of the quality of the weld is ensured. Data retrieval is used in a format convenient for a specific workplace.
The robot is equipped with an elongated gander for welding bulky items.
I would like to note the general trend in the industry that has emerged over the past few years - in production it is becoming the norm to pay attention to the environmental friendliness of work processes and safety standards, which, undoubtedly, are important factors for the success of the entire chain of the work process. Today and in the future, we believe, manufacturers interested in the value added of their products and their manufacturing processes will have advantages. It is worth paying a compliment to the Customer of this project, who approached the formation of the RTC in a comprehensive manner, did not save on security and put in the RTC (with a very balanced budget) a full set of security systems:
- light gates;
- a sensor on the service door;
- pneumatic protective curtains;
- mesh fences with a hinge on them of a special protective welding film.
All security systems are made in accordance with the current European norms and world standards.
An important point is that there is a continuation of this project - the Dalgo company has already ordered special equipment and technologies for welding four types of parts. We also highly appreciate our work under the TRIADA TES program.
