Implemented a project for the implementation of RTC at CherkasyElevatorMash (BRONTO company)
Triada-Welding has manufactured and delivered a robotic welding complex for CherkassyElevatorMash, another successful project in the portfolio of an integrator of industrial welding robots.
The company "CherkassyElevatorMash" is a Ukrainian industrial enterprise in the city of Cherkassy, founded in 1967, since 1998 has been producing products under the BRONTO trademark. It firmly occupies a leading position in the engineering industry, in particular in elevator engineering. The enterprise manufactures equipment for grain processing and related industries: it serially produces extruders for soybeans, compound feeds, fuel briquettes, and elevator equipment. The company's clients (there are more than 2,750) are located all over the world, dealerships are open on 5 continents. The secret of the company's success lies in the professionalism of its employees (about 230 employees), flexibility in the management of production, reliability and quality of products. The company constantly renews equipment, modernizes production lines, conducts strict quality control.
Together with the CherkassyElevatorMash enterprise, we have successfully implemented a project to introduce a robotic welding complex into production.
The project included several stages of work:
Development of welding technology using an industrial robot.
Design, development and launch of a robotic welding complex.
Manufacturing of equipment: mechanical assembly and welding jigs, a full range of services for their further maintenance and technical support.
Training of the personnel of the customer's enterprise "CherkasyElevatorMash" in robot programming.
The robotic complex includes:
-robot Yaskawa MOTOMAN MA1400;
-DX100 robot controller;
-programming panel;
-single-station two-axis positioner МТ1-250 S2D with servo drives 2.2 and 1.3 kW, respectively;
-welding source Fronius TPS 5000 Steel Edition;
-wire feeder VR 500-PAP 4R / G / W / CB Rob / D;
-robotic peripherals ABICOR BINZEL;
-BRS-CC ABICOR BINZEL burner cleaning system;
-operator panel and power shield;
-modular system of protective welding curtains.
The assembly and launch of the RTC were previously carried out at a test bench, then successfully integrated into production at the customer's site within the specified time frame.
The stage of teaching programming by a robot for representatives of CherkasyElevatorMash took place on the basis of our technological center. Triada-Welding specialists use the experience and the highest achievements of the world industry, constantly update their knowledge: they undergo training and training at leading enterprises, robo laboratories in Europe.
When completing this RTC, we traditionally used equipment from leading world manufacturers Yaskawa (Japan), Fronius (Austria), Abicor Binzel (Germany), Askaynak (Turkey) welding materials - we are the official representatives of these companies in Ukraine. The project has completely solved all the tasks.
After the launch of the RTC, Triada-Welding monitors the operation of the complex, provides consulting services for the operation of this RTC (in accordance with the requirements of the design documentation) and provides all kinds of technical support.
Protective welding systems and fences were designed and manufactured by us at our own production of TM Weld-Zakhyst. All protective PVC materials used for the manufacture of protective cloth meet European standards and the requirements of EN-1598.
