Triada-Welding have successfully completed another RTK Project at the AGROKALINA enterprise, Kalinovka, Vinnytsia region. This is the second robotic complex that AGROKALINA acquired from us.

The complex supplied by us is equipped with a 3-axis positioner with the maximum possible overall workplaces for welding dimensional parts, it exceeds 2550mm in length instead of 2050mm, 1600mm in diameter, instead of 1300mm in the previous complex.
According to the terms of reference, the new complex is equipped with a robot of the AR series, this robot is faster and more accurate, it has an advantage in maintenance - once every 12,000 hours instead of 6,000 hours for the previous robot. The new complex has a contact search system for the joint, which allows you to search both with a wire and with a gas nozzle, which expands the search capabilities. The new system for laying cables and protecting communications from welding spatter makes the robotic solution more reliable and trouble-free.
The communication of the YRC1000 welding controller with the welding power source through the updated interface made it possible to set welding modes directly on the robot programming panel, but nevertheless, it remained possible to set the welding modes on the welding source, now the Customer has the choice to do as it is convenient for him.
The security system of the robotic complex includes all the necessary elements: light gates, a security sensor on the service door, etc. safety to protect the operator are imperative. We also carried out training for the customer's specialists.
