Robotic complex for welding electrical switchgear equipment
We have implemented another robotics project for S-Engineering, an international engineering company represented in many countries of the world and in Ukraine. S-Engineering is a manufacturer of automation systems and electrical equipment.
The peculiarity of this project is that both our company Triada-Welding and the company S-Ingineering are members of APPAU (Association of Industrial Automation Enterprises of Ukraine). Several years ago, within the framework of the USAID Economic Support Project for Ukraine, our company successfully implemented a unique project on robotics in the field of additive technologies. We recommended the company S-Ingineering, they successfully received USAID Grant support, within the framework of which Triada-Welding did its part in robotics. Thank you for the successful cooperation.
We designed, installed and integrated high-tech equipment, and launched a robotic complex for welding electrical switchgear equipment at the S-Engineering enterprise. We performed all commissioning work. We implemented a unique welding technology. All work was done qualitatively and on time.
Robotic complex equipment:
- Yaskawa AR 2010 industrial robot;
- Fronius TPS 500i welding machine with liquid cooling of the torch;
- single-axis positioner with Yaskawa VMS 350SD servo motor;
- Fronius digital seam search and seam monitoring system;
- TORCH CLEANING SYSTEM TCS-D torch cleaning station (MTCD, EU, WC);
- ABICOR BINZEL air purification filtration system;
- electrical distribution board for connecting equipment;
- interchangeable equipment for fastening products of different lengths; we designed and manufactured unique conductors and equipment for manufacturing cabinets of different sizes;
- and more.
This modern robotic complex will allow for 24/7 operation, ensuring high-quality welding of switchgear components. This will significantly increase productivity, improve the quality of work, and reduce the cost of manufacturing products.
One of the features of this project is the implementation of work in a short time frame under martial law and danger.
