Triada-Welding has successfully completed another project on industrial production robotization in Ukraine.

The customer company is located in Bila Tserkva, manufactures metal structures of any complexity and configuration, including non-standard and large-sized, large-scale buildings and facilities. Metal structures are the main structural component of engineering structures, they are in demand in many industries: construction, agriculture, mechanical engineering, energy, metallurgy, etc. For high quality of finished metal structures, the production process itself requires the use of high-tech equipment and modern technologies: plasma and laser cutting, robotic welding, etc.

This project includes: design and development of a robotic welding complex taking into account the specifics of the customer's production facilities; selection and integration of high-tech equipment, design of auxiliary support structures; installation and launch of the RTС (robotic technological complex); training of the customer's specialists - training in programming and controlling the robot and all RTС systems.

For the first time in Ukraine, we have integrated and launched the iWave 500 CMT in a robotic version, which can operate in both MIG/MAG and TIG welding modes.

The project also includes comprehensive RTС service, both warranty and post-warranty.

The robotic complex includes:

- YASKAWA HM-500D TM-1000* tailstock positioner;
- YASKAWA TCS-D torch cleaning station, cutters;
- Fronius iWave 500 CMT welding machine;
- Fronius Robacta Drive CMT welding torch;
- MTB 500i welding torch goose;

- operator consoles;
- ring cable tray with mounting, etc.

The introduction of digital technologies and related business processes has a powerful impact on the technological development of industrial enterprises, on the economic efficiency of production, environmental standards, and occupational safety.
