Karlivsk Machine-Building Plant has many years of experience in the agricultural equipment market, the last of which specializes in grain storage, drying, cleaning and transportation equipment. And these are: elevators, norias, chain conveyors, belt and screw conveyors, separators, grain dryers, silos, grain storages, etc.

The complex for welding granary parts was designed and executed using unique technologies produced by Triada-Welding with two positioners, one of which will be used as a two-station positioner with 180° rotation.

The robotic complex includes:

- industrial 6-axis welding robot YASKAWA AR 2010;

- a station for cleaning the burner, which performs mechanical cleaning of the burner nozzle with a cutter, blowing with air, cutting/biting the wire, lubricating the nozzle with a spray, etc.

- industrial single-axis positioner with a load capacity of 500 kg;

– rotary table for 500 kg;

- industrial robot controller YASKAWA -YRC1000;

- intelligent welding system with liquid cooling for 500A Fronius TPS 500i with synergistic programs for welding equipment;

- intelligent Touch Sensing seam search system (Fronius).

Also, for this robotic complex, our company designed and manufactured metal structures: a robot cabinet, a cabinet for positioners + rear headstock, fence sections, doors for entering the complex, stands for the controller and welding equipment, brackets for the wire feeding mechanism, fastening of the hose package on the work, fastening of the coil with wire on work, Siegmund table mounts and frame to faceplate, Siegmund table screen, operator console on metal stands.

The fence is assembled as follows: service doors, pneumatic curtains with sensors, fence sections.
