Mobile robotic welding complex

The TRIADA-WELDING company presents its own development - a compact, mobile and safe robotic welding island. This is a ready-made industrial "turnkey" solution for automating welding processes in production of any scale.
Thanks to the use of a collaborative robot, the complex can work in the same workspace with a person, without requiring the installation of complex and bulky protective fences.
The main advantages of our solution:
1. Mobility and flexibility. Thanks to the professional table, which is equipped with swivel wheels and reliable supports, you can easily move the welding post to the desired place in the workshop.
2. Ergonomics. All equipment is compactly integrated into a single rack-table. For convenient storage of tools and equipment, special sliding drawers are provided.
3. Versatility. The table is equipped with a professional 3D welding system, which allows you to quickly and accurately fix parts of varying complexity.
4. Safety. The cobot is specially designed for safe interaction with the operator.
Technical characteristics and equipment
Robotics and control:
- Robot: 6-axis collaborative robot YASKAWA HC10DT.
- Control system: Reliable industrial controller YASKAWA YRC-1000.
Welding part:
- Process: Welding equipment for semi-automatic welding (MIG/MAG).
- Tool: Specialized MIG/MAG welding torch.
Working area (table):
- Surface: high-quality perforated plate measuring 1500 x 1000 x 12 mm with plasma nitriding (Siegmund, system 16).
- Equipment: the kit includes a basic set of Siegmund equipment (system 16) for reliable fixation of workpieces.
