
Triada Ltd Сo (Triada-Welding) has successfully implemented another Robotics Project. The project included the development and implementation of a robotic welding complex in the technological cycle of the enterprise LLC "Agromash-Kalyna" (Vinnytsia region, Kalinovka).

Triada-Welding was founded in 1992 - a modern engineering company, system integrator of industrial welding robots, has its own R&D center, focused on the industrial sector, develops additive technologies. Triada-Welding is the official integrator of YASKAWA industrial robots (Japan) in Ukraine. Specializes in the design and development of technologies with the use of industrial robots for automation of welding processes, including contact welding, surfacing, movement of products. The company's engineers have undergone special professional training, which is confirmed by certificates. The company has many years of experience in the field of welding technology.
Agromash-Kalyna LLC is a manufacturer of modern agricultural machinery, the purpose of which is to produce, develop and sell high-quality products, which consist of the most difficult requirements of farmers and agronomists of companies. The units with their constructive solution are designed for a modern agronomic method of management, which helps agricultural entities to achieve high yields at minimal cost.

The task of the Project was to develop and implement, integrate into the working production of agricultural machinery, welding technology of a number of elements of agricultural machinery.
The technology department of Triada-Welding has studied and researched the features of welding parts, created and tested welding technology in its own technical center. The design department designed and developed a robotic welding complex taking into account the peculiarities of the production capacity of Agromash-Kalyna. Unique welding equipment and conductors, protective welding systems were also designed and manufactured. Specialists of Agromash-Kalyna were trained in programming and control of the robot and all RTC systems.

The project also includes comprehensive service of RTC, both warranty and post-warranty.
The complex includes:
- the welding robot Yaskawa MA 2010 with the DX200 controller in a set;
- the VMH-500 CDD positioner has three axes, the two-station multipurpose is completed with 3 servomotors with loading on station to 500 kg and distance between faceplates of 2000 mm;
- TPS 500i welding machine (Fronius, Austria);
- wire feeder WF 25i R (Fronius, Austria);
- BRS-CC burner cleaning system (Abicor Binzel, Germany);
- Seam Finding system.
The welding robot Yaskawa MA 2010 has a high load capacity for arc welding (up to 10 kg) and a significant range of up to 2 m, which allows you to weld large products. The robot has the ability to weld in hard-to-reach places by placing the burner hose inside the work arm, and has a high accuracy of movement (up to 0.08 mm).

The Yaskawa MA 2010 is controlled via the new generation DX200 controller. This controller has a fast processor and high performance. It is important that the Yaskawa MA 2010 robot is designed to solve high-tech welding problems at high speeds, which significantly reduces the processing time of products.
The DX200 controller uses patented technology for simultaneous control of several robots, which allows you to later add other robots to this complex and control all at once in real time, you can add up to 8 robots and peripherals (up to 72 axes). The operator controls the processes from the programming console, so the controller itself can be located remotely. Also, this controller provides up to 25% energy savings.

The turntable has two working positions. At the time when the industrial robot is working out the welding processes in the first, in the second position the operator loads new parts, then the positioner makes a turn, and the robot begins to run a new work program without wasting time. The positioner has 3 servomotors of the same type as the robot, so there is a full relationship between the robot and the positioner. To protect the operator from the effects of welding processes, a special protective barrier is installed.
The Fronius TPS 500i welder interacts with the user on an intelligent level. Triada-Welding is a certified representative in Ukraine of the world manufacturer of welding equipment and intelligent welding systems - the Austrian company Fronius. Important and significant, Triada-Welding is the first in the world and the only one in Ukraine to have CFD compliance certification, passes full European certification every three years, successfully confirms the professionalism and qualification of its specialists and compliance with all world standards of its own technology center.

The Abicor Binzel robot periphery (Germany) was chosen for this technological complex. Triada-Welding is a certified representative in Ukraine of the world company Abicor Binzel.
Askaynak welding materials (manufacturer Turkey) were also selected for the operation of the technological complex, and protective welding systems were designed and manufactured.

Welding technologies were tested in the company's own technical center of Triada-Welding in test mode. The complex is installed and put into operation on time. Agromash-Kalyna specialists have fully mastered the skills of operating a robotic complex.
The world is changing. Production is inevitably transformed: new technologies are introduced, new ideas and programs come related to their development and implementation. The development of digital technologies is a global trend that requires a rethinking of approaches to the production cycle. The search for new ways to use technologies to change existing production systems is an active position of Agromash-Kalyna's management and provides an opportunity to develop the plant as a whole in the direction of the Industry 4.0 concept in Ukraine and in the world.
